Liftosaur github.com
Open-source workout tracker that runs as a PWA in the browser, works offline and needs no account. It automates progressive overload and deloads, but you write the rules in its Liftoscript scripting language. Its only health features are bodyweight and body-measurement tracking.
MyFit myfit.fit
Web workout tracker that logs reps, load and RIR and adjusts the plan from past performance, so it fits progressive overload well. The catch is that you need an account, and it has no health features beyond workout logging.
Fitwise github.com
Open-source tracker that runs offline and does progressive-overload and plateau detection with auto-generated plans. It appears to be an Apple-only app (Xcode/SwiftUI) that you build yourself, with no browser version, and its license is stated inconsistently (MIT vs public domain).
Lift Log
You build routines with set and rep ranges. After each session the tool suggests your next weight and reps, explains why in one line, and pre-fills them for next time. It also charts estimated 1RM, volume, PRs, plateaus, and health trends with 7-day averages. Nothing is saved on your device, so use Export to download a JSON file and Import to load it again later.
