I want a tool that turns a YouTube channel or playlist into a podcast RSS feed whose items link to the audio of each video
The author wants to listen to YouTube channels in their podcast player. The feed must point at an audio version of each video. A tool exists that they use, but they find it badly designed.

Vod2Pod-RSS github.com
Very close fit: paste a YouTube channel URL in its web UI and get a podcast feed with audio transcoded to MP3 on the fly, but you must self-host it with Docker, and the 15-item feed limit is raised only with a YouTube API key.
Podsync github.com
Turns YouTube channels and playlists into audio or video podcast feeds, but it is self-hosted, needs a config file, YouTube API keys, yt-dlp and ffmpeg, and has no public hosted instance.
PigeonPod github.com
Turns YouTube channels and playlists into audio feeds with a web UI and auto-sync, but it must be self-hosted with Docker or Java, with a login and storage to manage.
