I want a swipe-style app that shows two items at a time, ranks a JSON list using Elo comparisons, and exports the final ranking
The author stack-ranks baseball players for fantasy each year and spends dozens of hours on it. They want a Tinder-like left/right interface that picks pairs semi-randomly and computes Elo. It should also work for general data tagging and write out the results, ideally open source with commercial reuse allowed.

OpinionX Pair Rank opinionx.co
It does pairwise ranking with exportable scores on a free plan, but it is a survey platform that needs an account and is built for many participants. It does not do a swipe-style solo flow with JSON import and export, and it is not open source.
Donatelo github.com
It is MIT-licensed and compares two items at a time with an Elo-style update, but it is built for splitting donations across cause areas. It has no JSON list import, and I could only confirm image export of results, not data export, so it would need forking for this use.
Elo Ranker
Paste, drop or open a JSON array of strings or objects. Pairs are picked semi-randomly, favoring items with few games and close ratings, and you can tie, skip and undo. The export keeps every original field and adds rank, elo, games, wins, losses and ties. Nothing is stored in the browser, so use Save session and Resume session to carry long ranking projects across visits.
